HOW MY NIGHTMARE BEGAN

Hi guys this is my new post about how a regular working day became a nightmare ever since. It all started back in October 2010 when I woke up at 6am like i usually did and got ready for work. I arrived and began work up until it was almost time to pack and leave, when i decided to go in the mail room and pick up a bin of files to set them on a dolly cart just a few feet away from me. When suddenly i feel a smack,crackle and pop, too late a surge of pain from my back to my head covered the whole area. I shook  it off and went home.
